Trip Detail

It is the most popular rafting river in Nepal which is easily accessible from Kathmandu and Pokhara.. This rafting trip offers you insight into scenic villages, meanders its river course through attractive gorges and experience exhilarating rapids. This river rafting is highly recommended for those who have limited time in Nepal but want to do rafting adventure in combination with trip to Pokhara and Chitwan.

During monsoon, this river swells into a torrent of raging white water and offers brilliant white water action. But in spring and autumn the volume of water is low and highly suited for rafting with families and also ideal for first time rafters.

Day 01: Drive Kathmandu to Charaudi /Baireni/ Fishing

Upon arrival at rafting starting point your guide brief you about the trip. Presence of many rapids makes this part the best for white water rafting. After 2 hours rafting, we make a lunch break and continue again and camp at Kurintar.

Day 02: Rafting continues

Trip begins after breakfast and continues up to lunch break. After lunch the trip resumes and ends at Mugling or Simaltal. You can either return to Kathmandu or proceed further journey to Pokhara or Chitwan National Park.

Note: Rafting itinerary can be modified as per situation.
